Stays of 7 or 14 days with arrival and departure on Saturday. It is possible to book 21 or 28 days, with reductions. In some periods, for example the very high season, and for some type of apartments a minimum stay of two weeks is required.

In the low season it is possible to arrange weekly or > 7 days stays that do not coincide with Saturdays and short stays (< 7 days).



  • Rent of fully equipped two- or three-room apartment with overnight service (we cannot provide any meals)
  • Use of water, electricity and gas (including the use of the washing machine in every apartment and of the dish washer in the “Two-Room Comfort”, "Three-Room Superior" and “Three-Room Attic”); 10% VAT; reception and lift services
  • Initial/final cleaning of the apartment carried out thoroughly at each guest change by a qualified staff and with professional products
  • Clean bedroom, bathroom and kitchen linen supplied (with change on Friday for stays of two or more weeks)
  • 2 beach towels per apartment supplied for all your stay
  • Courtesy set and welcome kit with complimentary products upon arrival
  • Air conditioning (use for a fee, daily or weekly)
  • Free unlimited Wi-Fi in every apartment and common areas
  • 1 parking space reserved for each apartment in an underground car park/garage (additional parking spaces are available, for a fee)
  • Swimming pool-hydromassage and Solarium on our panoramic rooftop
  • Well-equipped gym for adults
