From the A14 (Adriatic Highway) take the exit "Cattolica-San Giovanni in Marignano-Gabicce Mare". After leaving the toll, turn right towards Cattolica. Continue straight for about 1.5 km. At the roundabout with the fountain turn right (Via Emilia Romagna then Via Mazzini). After the bridge, at the roundabout turn left (4th exit, Via Fiume). At the intersection turn right (via Matteotti). Take the first street to the left, Via Battisti (sea side). Continue to the end, and you will find the residence on the right.
