General Information and Conditions

Weekly Saturday-to-Saturday stays only.
In the low season it is possible to arrange arrival and/or departure on days other than Saturday and to agree with the Direction Check-In and Check-Out as per customer preference.

Check-In: it is possible to enter the Residence after 4 pm, in order for our staff to adequately clean and prepare your apartment for you.

Check-Out: before 10 am. It is the duty of guests to leave the kitchenette clean and tidy, remove the garbage and empty the refrigerator of all types of food. 

Descriptions and online photos of apartments are for illustrative purposes only and are not legally binding; location, size and disposition of rooms may slightly vary within any given typology of apartment.

Confirming a reservation:  only reservations followed by an earnest money deposit equal to 20% of the total amount of your stay (starting from a minimum of 150€) will be guaranteed. The deposit must be sent by bank transfer (all needed information will be communicated by e-mail).

Cancelling a reservation: in case of cancellation up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be considered valid and usable for another stay during the next Summer Season. If cancellation occurs less than 30 days before arrival, the deposit will be withheld as a penalty.

Changing a reservation: it is possible to change the dates of your stay free of charge up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival date. If the change occurs less than 30 days before arrival, the deposit already sent will be withheld and a new booking will be made, under the conditions in force at that time.

Payment procedure: the full fee must be payed upon arrival, when the keys are handed over. We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, bank transfer only in advance (it must be received within 3 days before the arrival). 

Security deposit: upon arrival, a deposit of 150€ must be paid in cash temporarily to ensure the correct use of the apartment and facilities, and shall be given back at the moment of departure upon inspection.

Pets: we trust in your kind understanding if, to avoid possible damage inside the apartments and/or disturbing situations for guests, we cannot accommodate any type of animals in the Residence.

City Tax 
As of October 1st 2013 the city of Cattolica imposes City Tax for tourists. All revenue generated will be used to finance interventions regarding tourism and maintenance, restructuring of historical sites, use and enhancement of cultural and environmental heritage within the Municipality territory. Managers of facilities have to ensure the collection of the tax and the subsequent payments to the Municipality. Starting from January 1st 2024, for "Residence-Hotels 3 stars" the tax is equal to 2€ per person per night, for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights. Children under the age of 14 are exempt from the city tax. The tourist tax must be paid in cash upon departure (a receipt is issued).
