The weekly prices include:
  • water, electricity and gas, VAT and the use of the beach hut
  • bed, bathroom linen and dishcloths with weekly change
  • the following services of our Residence: gym, swimming pool and solarium, water games room, free climbing wall
  • beach service
    (1 beach umbrella and 2 sun beds for each apartment) at Beach 53 Le Vele

Surcharges:

End of stay cleaning (compulsory):

  • € 35,00 for the two-room
  • € 45,00 for the three-rooms
(the kitchenette must be returned well clean)

Underground garage (by request):

  • 1 place: € 40,00 a week
    (limited places, we suggest the reservation)
  • As an alternative, there are free unattended car parks at about 300/400 metres far from the Residence

Air Conditioning (by request):

  • € 40,00 a week for the two-rooms (€ 6,00 per day)
  • € 50,00 a week for the three-rooms (€ 7,50 per day)

Blowing therapy (by request)

Conditions:

Deposit:

  • 15% of the price of the apartment at the booking (in case of cancellation, the deposit doesn’t get lost but it remains valid for the next year)
  • COD of the apartment’s keys, at the arrival

    • Security Deposit:

  • € 150,00 at the arrival (the money will be given back at the departure, after a check of the apartment)

    • Arrival: Saturdays after 4 p.m.

    Departure: Saturdays before 10 a.m.

  • (in case of availability it is possible to agree with the Direction on the arrival and/or the departure on other days)
  • Small pets are accepted for free.
