The Residence Hotel Neri, a brand-new family management building with two-room and three-room apartments, is located in the centre of Cattolica, in a privileged place, only 40 metres far from the beach and the 1st May Square, famous for its dancing fountains.

Our Residence is also located in a quiet place, in via C. Battisti, a dead end street that ends in via Curiel, the pedestrian zone just in front of the De Amicis public gardens, with many marry-go-rounds for children.

In the neighbourhood of the Residence, you can find many foodstuffs shops, restaurants, pizzerias and day and night meeting places. The chemist’s and the duty doctor are a few metres far from the Residence. Pretty near is the bus stop too.

There’s no lack of shopping possibilities, of course: on one hand the commercial and crowded Viale Dante and Viale Carducci, which lead to the “Le Navi” Theme Park, and on the other hand the fashionable Viale Bovio, with its elegant boutiques.
