Two-room 3 beds

(about 25 m²) - for 3 adults or 2 adults and a child + a baby at most:

• a large bedroom with a double bed and a single bed
• living room with kitchen
• bathroom
• French doors with marble threshold and railing

These apartments, located on the upper floors of our Residence have some ceiling fans refreshing the rooms. In the living room there isn’t a couch but an armchair. The two-room with 3 beds is our smallest apartment instead of a studio, in order to have the bedroom parted from the kitchen. In the bedroom it is possible to add a cot for a baby between the two beds.

Two-room 4 beds

(about 30 m²) - for 4 adults + a baby at most:

• a double bedroom
• living room with kitchen and a double sofa bed
• bathroom
• French doors with marble threshold and railing

In the bedroom it is possible to add a cot for a baby. These apartments, well-fresh and airy are located on the upper floors of our Residence.

Two-room 4 beds SUPERIOR

(about 30/35 m²) - for 4 adults + a child or a baby at most:

• a double bedroom
• living room with kitchen and a double sofa bed
• bathroom
• 1 or 2 fully-equipped balconies (about 5 m²)

In the bedroom it is possible to add a bed for a child or a cot for a baby. Some of these apartments have a balcony in the living room, the others have two balconies: one in the bedroom and the other one in the living room. Only one of these apartments has a great terrace (about 25 m²) closed with a brickwork outside the kitchen, where your children can play and have fun totally safe.

Two-room 5 beds

(about 35 m²) - for 4 adults + a child at most:

• a large bedroom with a double bed and a bed for a child (cm 150x63)
• living room with kitchen and a double sofa bed
• large bathroom
• fully-equipped terrace (about 10 m²)

If necessary, in the bedroom we can take out the custom-made bed and add a cot for a baby. The terrace connects the living room with the bedroom. These apartments are also suitable for people with handicap. Please contact us for further information.

Two-room 5 beds SUPERIOR

(about 40 m²) - for 5 adults + a baby at most:

• hall
• a large bedroom with a double bed and a single bed
• large living room with kitchen and a double sofa bed
• bathroom
• fully-equipped balcony (about 6 m²) with sea view overlooking the 1st May square

In the bedroom, we can add a cot for a baby. The balcony connects the living room with the bedroom. Only one of these apartments has a bunk bed in the bedroom instead of the single bed, a great solution for those parents who prefer having their children sleeping with them in the same room. This apartment has also a wonderful terrace of 40 m² well-closed with a brickwork, where the children can play and have fun totally safe.
