Our brand-new two-room (with 3, 4, 5 beds) and three-room apartments (with 6, 7 beds) are all well-groomed and bright, soundproof and with wood furniture. All our apartments are equipped with:

• armoured main door and entry phone
• living room and a well-equipped kitchen with a stainless steel 4 gas fires kitchenette, many tableware and all the main kitchenware, fridge and freezer, microwave oven, satellite television
• washing machine
• bathroom with shower
• air conditioning (surcharge, by request)

In our apartments all the rooms are parted from doors, for much more comfort and privacy. All the double beds can be divided into two single beds at the instance of our guests, except the sofa beds. All the beds have an orthopaedic box and fireproof mattress. All the balconies are equipped with table, chairs and drying rack. In many of our apartments you can have lunch/dinner on the balcony. But the main thing we are proud of is the cleanliness. In our apartments you will find a perfect order and, most importantly, the best hygiene in every rooms and a particular care for every single detail. This is why our Residence is ideal for families with babies.
